Off-site Home, send in to shop
Some times it is more cost
effective for you to have us work on your computer at our workshop. If you would like to save money and
don't mind being without your computer for a day or two then this service is for you.
For only flat rate of S$38*, we will fix it for you.
The turn around time for most repairs is 2-3 working days. If parts are required and need to be ordered, it may take longer.
We will advise you of the approximate time required during diagnostic consultation.
This is how it works:
1. You call us at +65 82333558 to arrange a time.
2. Bring your system to us at Tampines ( minus monitor, keyboard and mouse).
3. We will make a diagnosis and will call you back normally within 24 hours to let you
know the problem.
4. If there is any faulty parts( example HDD, PSU etc) need to be
replaced, we will advise you on the cost of parts. No work will be done until you
give us the go ahead.
5. We will let you know when to collect after it is fix.
If you decide you don't want to repair the computer ( because of the cost),
simply collect it back!

Off-site Home, pickup/delivery service

We have pickup and delivery service.
For a flat rate of only $80.00+ we will pick-up your computer, bring it back to our workshop, fix it and deliver
it back to you.
This is how it works:
1. You call us at +65 82333558 to arrange a time.
2. We come to you and take the system( minus monitor, keyboard and mouse) away.
3. We will make a diagnosis and will call you back normally within 24 hours to let you know the problem.
4. If there is any faulty parts( example HDD, PSU etc) need to be replaced, we will advise you on the parts.
No work will be done until you give us the go ahead.
5. We will let you know after it is fix and arrange a time to sent it back to you.
6. We will deliver the computer to you and connect it and leave only when you are happy with the work done.
If you you decide you don't want to repair the computer,
simply pay transportation fees of $40 and we will return it back to you!
+ Price does NOT include any new hardware/operating system/application.

On site Home Repair service

Whether it is at home or in your small business, we can solve most computer problems onsite, usually within one and half hour.
You won't find one size fits all pricing here... we bills in half and hour increments after the first hour.
This insures you pay only for services that you actually use.
Our prices are the most competitive in the field at only $40* for the first hour plus $15 for every 1/2 hour thereafter.
$30 - $35 for Transportation.
We are fairly confident that we will be able to fix your computer related issues.
In cases when we are not able to provide you a solution or you are unwilling to go with our recommendation,
then we only collect transport fees for our time and effort.

Remote Pc Repair service

We offer online remote computer repair on your computer without ever entering your home or business, and without you needing to carry your computer to our site. We can repair your computer over the Internet while you watch!

With remote computer repair, we can tune up your computer, repair a slow computer ,or remove
a virus, adware, or spyware. We can repair almost any problem you are having that does not require hardware replacement.
Now you will be able to sit back in your easy chair while we do the work.
The cost benefits will be tremendous compared to taking your machine to a physical shop.

For a flat $30, we will provide you and your PC up to 1 hours of service. We have a 92% success rate at completing our customers projects
within the first hour of service. If your project happens to need more time, it's not a problem. All service after the first hours is billed in 15 minute increments of only $5, so you never pay for more service than you actually use.
*** If we are unable to help you through remote support and you choose to use our off-site or on site service, we will not charge you for the remote support attempt. It's just another way of helping to make computer repair affordable.

3. You run the software and tell us the PC name and password.
4. We will then connect to your notebook/PC.

Terms & Conditions:
We are not liable for any hardware (brought in by the customer ) diagnosed to be faulty;
We are not liable for any data loss, it is advisable for the customer to backup before send in for service;
Transportation fee is chargeable after the technician has verified the problem(s), even though the customer decides not to proceed with the repair;
All hardware purchased are covered with limited warranty as stated by the respective manufacturer(s) or distributer(s);
All software purchased are not covered with any warranty;
Customers must collect their serviced computers within a month upon notified by the technician;
All serviced computers not collected after two months of notice, will be considered being abandoned and will be disposed.
We reserved the rights to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice;
Customer must agree and abide to the above Terms & Conditions, before we will accept to service the computer(s).
